Guangxi, China
Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is known as ¡°Gui¡± for abbreviation. With 12 minority ethic groups, Guangxi is one of the five ethnic minority autonomous regions in China. Covering an area of 236,000 million km2, Guangxi has 14 cities and owns a population of 48.89 million with the capital city in Nanning.
Adjacent to Southwest China and facing to Southeast Asia, Guangxi is the only province in West China with both access to sea and the land border. It joins South China with Southwest China, and serves as the corridor to link China with the ASEAN countries.
